ATI AIW 8500DV Dual Monitor Problems

Hello everybody,

I have a ATI AIW 8500 DV AGP video card. I have a monitor hooked up to as the primary. I have a second video card (older) Matrox Mystique PCI with a second monitor added on so that I can pan across monitors. Everything works fine except that now I can't look at TV. If I play back videos from recorded television and move it across to the second monitor it goes blank.

I've tried installing new drivers and when I did a PC check it says that I don't have ATI drivers installed. Anybody have any suggestions or help.
