ATI AIW 7500- Will it work with...

IBM 233mhz computer? The computer has an UBS port(s) for the remote but my concern is for the TV-OUT function. I would like to use my TV as a monitor. Is this feasible?

Also, I have another computer that has 2 ATI cards, AIW PCI 32meg and a Rage AGP 32meg plugged in to my ABIT MOBO. I peeked into the system resources and notice that IRQ #9 was over populated. Any suggestions on curing this with out freaking out my computer?

First question - if it has AGP, the chances are it will work.

Second question - Later versions of windows support ACPI which allow the sharing of IRQs - It doesnt make much difference from day to day, and gets rid of the good old days of resource conflicts.

It may work if the MB has an AGP port, but seems pointless to me.
