ATI 9800 Pro Overclocking very low.....

I just got my dell pc in with a 9800 pro. I used the ATI tool to test out its max core/mem and it came to a paltry 395/345. Could this be the fact that I have a PCI nic card in the slot right next to it? Also, would a silencer help me out?

Moving the pci nic might help a little, but adding the vga silencer will help a lot. Also check the core while you're at it, if it's 360 you may want to consider flashing the XP bios onto it. Tons of threads floating around on how to do that.
