ATI 9700 - Split Floppy Power?

Hi all,

From what I understand the Radeon 9700 requires power from the floppy power connector from the PSU.

My PSU only has one floppy power connector that is currently connected to the floppy drive.

If I were to buy a "splitter" type deal (connect one end to the floppy power connector and then it splits off in to two connectors) and use that to connect both my Radeon 9700 and Floppy drive, would there be any problems?

no it comes with a floppy connector with a molex on the end so you don't need another one, just connect the molex

yeah like the connector you connect your psu to your hard drive and cd rom drives with 🙂

yap..it came with it on mine.. just split the power and it will work fine..
