ATi 9700 Refresh Rate Fix?

Anybody know of any working refresh rate fixes? I tried the ATi Refresh Rate Fixer 0.9.9.7. It didn't work, know of any others?
 
Bump! I really need help on this, i'm SURE somebody knows of a refresh rate fix that works for the ATi 9700...

Almost forgot, my OS is Win2k Pro.
 
To fix the Refresh rate
Goto:

Start\Run
type DXDIAG

More Help\Override
and set the refresh rate to whatever you would like to experiment with.
 
I did exactley what you said and I entered 85 into the box, I hit 'Ok' then 'Exit', I tested it out, didn't work, so I did it again and restarted, still didn't work. I want it to be 85Hz or more (my monitor can handle 106.2, crappy ATi can't) at 16 x 12 in-game...
