ATI 9700 Pro exchange?

Just bought my ATI 9700 Pro from Best Buy two weeks ago ($399). Last week I price-matched it for $299.

This week (today) I'm just about to head out to Best Buy to exchange my 9700 Pro for the 9800 Pro (and re-spend that $100).


The question is: Is it worth it?

Yes, it is. It's not worth it for full price IMO but for $100 I'd definitely do it.

Who did they price match? My local BB has always been really difficult when I try to price match.

Themselves probably. They dropped the MSRP of the 9700pro to $299 (as did most retailers) after last week's 9800pro announcement.

I actually saw the price difference in the Circuit City ad, and took that in with me. They had changed the price as well, and gave me no hassle.

The following week I was watching the ad, and it's back up to $399.
