ATI 9600 PRO vs FX5600 Ultra vs Ti4600

I am needing to replace my Geforce 2 Ti. I am trying to decide on which ones of these cards I should choose from. I am basically trying to stay within the 100-150 doller mark. I been a loyal fan of Nvidia for a long time but ATI has always had some great looking graphics.

What do you guys recommend? Or do you guys know of any good deals on another video cards that are in the level of quality?

I'd say 9600Pro. DX9, and better performance than the FX5600.

Thanks guys it seems that there is a deal on the 9600 XT from allstars at $155 with free shipping it looks like a winner to me.
