ATI 9600 Pro\Non-Pro Question???

OK I ordered this card from newegg. I received it and install the drivers yesterday. Why do the drivers read the card as a 9600 Pro???

Is this just a common driver and the only way I will be able to check to see if this card is a 9600 pro or non-pro, is by running some benchmark tests, or did I perhaps get an easter egg?
 
Just look at what type of DDR memory is on the card. The regular 9600 has the slower rectangle shaped TSOP (thin-small-outline-packages) kind, instead of the faster smaller square BGA (ball-grid-array ).

The core on the 9600 is the same as the 9600pro, it?s just clocked slower. Funny that the drivers don?t distinguish between the 2.
