ATI 9500pro or 9700 Powercolor for same price?

I'd like to get a new card and my limit is about $200. Newegg has the ATI 9500 pro for $205, and I can get the Powercolor 9700 for $208. I'm not sure if Powercolor is worth a darn. Anybody have this card?
 
Why is there such a large price difference between the 9700np and 9700pro? Will I be satisfied with a np card?

The 9700 Pro has faster ram and core speed so is more expensive,however the NP can be overclocked and it`s not a lot slower then the Pro even at default speed.Yes you should be happy,I`m with my NP .

You're always going to pay more for faster cards, and usually slightly out of proportion to the speed gain. Decide what minimum speed you'll settle for in the games you play, read multiple reviews to find what card will satisfy you, then decide what you want to pay. $208 for a 275/270 9700 or $245 for a 325/290 9800--your call.
