ATI 9500 PRO installation help!!

i have a Asus A7v333-x using the VIAKT333 chipset. I just bought a ati 9500 pro but am having troubles installing. I donno if the card is defective or if im missing something..
First, i went to www.viaarena.com and installed the 4-in-1 drivers.
Here's the link:

After installing and restarting my computer, I installed the video card.

After installing the card, the computer wouldnt load. The monitor stayed black.

Has anybody had this problem? This problem is really bothering me

mine does funky stuff with my 9500 as well, says my cmos is corrupt and looks for my floppy, i have to clear my cmos to get it to boot, that why it goin back to da store 🙂
