ATI 9500 PRO 64 mb vs 9500 PRO 128m?!

I'd like to only spend about $150 for my new video card...

Will I be ok w/ the ATI 9500 PRO 64 MB card?! Or should I spend the extra cash for the 128 card?

If you're in the U.S., I'd pay the extra $30 and get a 9500P or a 9600P.
