ATI 9100 vs 9200

Which is the better card and why? Personally I like the 9100....I am building a budget PC for a guy who wants to play some games but nothing too serious....800*600 res in games will be enough. These seem to be the budget cards of choice. The Ti 4200 Geforce 4 is still twice as much as a 9100 here in Canada.....
 
8500>8500LE=9100>9000=9200

9000 core is a cheaper to make 8500 that is slow. the 9200 is a renamed 9000, with no performance increase. same situation with 8500le and the 9100.
