I got this kit yesterday ($33.25 shipped).
Kit includes all you need for an 8500. 8 aluminum ramsinks, Crystal Orb, Arctic Alumina thermal epoxy and power conversion cable for the crystal orb.
Took my 8500LE64 ($99@NewEgg) to 9295 3DMarks@295/335 core/mem @ 146MHz FSB (KR7A/locked 1600+/98SE).
If you go this route, be careful about placement of the Crystal Orb on the GPU. If you exactly center the Orb over the GPU, you might not be able to fully seat the card. I removed the fan cover (which has circumference-extending tabs) and mounted slightly off-center on the GPU. Perfect fit.
