I bought this second ATI 8500DV video card from CC about a year ago and now when I turn on the computer it makes a grinding/growling noise for a few seconds. Also, for a while it makes a a struggling fan noise. The longer it runs the less it does it. I took the fan off the video card and it definately aint running smooth. Depending how I hold the fan, it vibrates more or less. Instead of having to deal with ATI can I just go to CC and buy anouther one just like this one and take the defective one back.
