Ati 8500dv All-in-wonder remote control install

How are you supposed to install this? I plugged it in, let the computer find the 2.3.3 remote control drivers and rebooted. After the reboot, I check the device manager and it says the devicei is not working because the NT***.vxd is not loading properly. Where is the right place to get drivers or install them?

You must go in control panel - device manager - the X-10 remote control, select properties and drivers.... install the drivers from there pointing it to the location of the driver on the system....

Then reboot and go in the ATI mdia center and open the remote. You will get the remote icon in the windows tray.
