I think it depends on what cpu you have. If you have a fast one (around 2ghz up), then choose the original radeon 8500. Otherwise just get the gf3. Thats just my opinion..
Is the LE powered by ATI or built by ATI? The actual built by ATI LE usually reaches 300/300. Some of the third party real 8500's only reach 280/280. Get the 8500 that will overclock the best, if they are both third party cards get the actual 8500.
The Built By ATi 8500 OEM without a doubt. The Ti200 is the slowest of the three (unless the 8500LE is one of those shady ones clocked down to 230/183).
Check the clocks of the 8500 cards, they're the ones to go for. You should find they're between 250/250 and 275/275, the higher the better but lower with 128MB is better too. The 8500 series is much better than the GF3TI200, not only generally a little faster but hugely better image quality, TVout, dual display and DVD playback!
