ATI 8500 DV DVI to HDMI 51 inch HDTV

ok so i have my computer hooked up to my HDTV via DVI -> HDMI cable and it gives me like no options for resolutions, how can i fix this?? thanx

alot of the screen is cut off, and its 1080i so what should the resolution be?

Try Powerstrip. Also try searching AVS Forums for other suggestions...

i tried powerstrip and this is the problem
if i change the resolution to something higher then the default 720x480 it just makes the screen bigger and i have to scroll to view all of it, if there was an option to resize the image on the screen, that would help
like on a normal monitor you can change the position and size of the image like with the physical buttons on the out side, i need that option, any ideas?
