As weird as the title sounds this is actually happening to me. I'm able to reproduce this multiple times. This is w/ the 1st build in the sig. The wifi card is a PCI slot Lynksys card.

I'm running a 5850 @ 825/1200 w/o any issues, everything is fine. But if I push it to 835/1225 I suddenly loose wifi, the device still shows up in device manager but I am not able to detect any access points. This happens in windows even w/o any load on the GPU.

My first thought was power requirements but I am running a 850 Corsair PSU w a single GPU and a CPU @ stock, I do have 3 HDD + SSD but I doubt I even come close to saturate all 850 watts.

This almost seems like a weird mobo issue. If anyone has experienced anything similar or has an idea on what could be causing this/how to resolve please let me know. Thanks!

Have you tried moving the card to a different PCI slot? It might be useful to determine if it's one particular slot causing the issue or not.

Sounds like the card is leaking electric noise when pushed.

Hope you never wanted kids…..lol

The heat is not really an issue, I have a huge case and temps are very low OC GPU less then 80F, and CPU around 45F all under load, case has very good air flow.
