Ati 5850/5870 waterblock on 4890?

I've got an Asus 4890 video card that is based on the ati reference design. I was wondering if a waterblock for a 5850/5870 would fit on this card. From what I can see on the web, the card layouts are very similar, with the only exception being that one chip near the gpu that is cooled on the 5850/70, but non existent on the 4890. Can anyone help me out here?

I don't think the mounting holes will match up but the rest will probably be fine if you can come up with a way to mount it.

4800's series gpu's are bigger size wise . Just be careful if everythign doesn't line up you can chip the core if the cooler isn't on level.
