I paid using paypal on the bad 4890s, TD was fast processing the refund, money was back in my account day after they recieved the RMA. eWiz/Superbiiz on the other hand took 5 days to process my return, and 2 weeks to refund my cash. Never again. I'll stick with newegg and tigerdirect.

Darn, i'm still not seeing the Bing cashback savings on the item, both in IE and Chrome. I logged into my Bing account, then searched Motherboards, saw the 12.3% link and clicked on it, but still nothing.

I don't know how to check if I have and Ad Block program, nothing shows up under that name in the Add/Remove Programs or my internet add-ons.

Any suggestions?

BCB in TD doesn't work like other sites. You won't get the screen on which to enter your email address. You should see a BCB logo on TD's website, and then you should see the BCB show up in your cart before you check out.

mine was DoA - I am mailing it back today - RMA has been easy so far. I just asked for a refund - they paid shipping back.

Follow-up: Card works as advertised. 10-15% faster than my slightly overclocked 4870. Much bigger and louder (reference cooler), but works great. I'm having a couple issues with crossfire, but that is par for the course.

glad they're not junk. Did you get a 3DmarkVantage score for the new card by its self? I'm running 4890s in crossfire and its awesome.

Using the high settings, I get about 6100 with the 4870, 6800 with the 4890 for the GPU score. CPU is around 10K. I haven't finished getting my crossfire set up yet.

Edit:

I'm looking at the numbers, this for the GPU score.
HD 4870: 6393
HD 4890: 6864
Crossfired: 10974
Crossfire+overclock: 11308

Again, this is on High settings with 3DMARK Vantage build 1.0.2
