25w and capable of gaming? I'll see it when I believe it. However, their definition of gaming may be CS: Source at 1280.

Probably performance similar to the HD3650 I'm guessing. Not exactly a monstrous card, but it should run most games quite nicely at lower res.

That is a card for HTPC and nothing more. Great for that, horrible at anything else.

It will likely also be the basis for the next AMD chipset, and if judging by the 790GX as an example, it won't be just for HTPC.
