ATI 1600 pro 512 comparison

I just RMA's my ATI X800XT PE 256 and the vendor wants to replace it with a ATI 1600 pro 512mb?

I read some reviews and I don't think this is an equal trade. Can someone point me to more review (hopefully some with graphs comparing x800xt pe to the 1600) so that I can send it to the vendor to complain.

Is this an equal trade?

NO! Of the reviews I have looked at the 1600pro isnt anywhere close to the X800XT PE.
I was actually shopping for a vid card and was looking at a 1600PRO but ended up going with a X800GTO which runs circles around the 1600pro. And I believe the X800XT PE would run circles around my GTO .I looked at alot of reviews . I don't have them saved. Just google 1600pro review.
