Athon XP 2400+ or Barton 2500+?

I presently have an Athlon XP 2400+. Would it be of benefit to purchase a Barton 2500+. I know the 2500's clock speed is slower. My 2400+ is only running on a 266 FSB.

I'm primarily concerned w/ gaming.
