I tried XP64 twice in the last 1.5 years and have been unimpressed/frustrated so I keep them @ 32bit. As far as Linux goes I've done Ubuntu 64bit for a friend but removed it because he decided to go full boat XP so currently this is what I run.

XP32bit = 3 (1 desktop and 1 dual boot laptop and 1 tablet PC)
FC3 32bit = 1 (my mythtv/main box)
Ubuntu = 2 (1 dual boot laptop and one toy/file server/test machine)
