athlon64 overclock question

Ihave a 3800x2 . my system is stable with both 300HTT x 8 and 240 x 10. both stable at 2400Mhz. which one is better for system performance? my memory is using dividers anyway

I prefer the less strain on the system.
Plus, the memory will probably run at a lower divider (ratio closer to 1:1) with the lower HTT.
