Athlon64 dualcore pricing (speculation)

I know a lot of us are expecting outrageous prices in the 400+ range, but wouldn't it be for AMD's best interest to compete with the Pentium D pricing as well?

Pentium D 820 2.8GHz and 830 3.0GHz are respectively listed for $241 and $316.

Do we have good chance to have the Athlon64 X2 4400 and 4600 listed in in that range?

What's your take on this? How much are you willing to spend on those?

I plan on building one more computer around the time these things come out and I'd be willing to go like $300 or $350 for one. I wonder how well they'll overclock.
