I just got around to loading up MBM (latest) on a Shuttle AK31 R3.1 and with an Athlon 2000+, the
voltage shown in this software for core is 1.74. Mobo bios showed a flickering between 1.696 and 1.712.
I raised voltage .025 (from default) and MBM showed 1.76 (rounded off .1 over default), now BIOS is
in 1.74 range. All other voltages over mean. (550W PSU)

Whom do I believe?

I believe that the Shuttle board has known issues with increasing the CPU core voltage. Doing a search for shuttle and volt might yield some results. Also check and see if there is a BIOS update available that fixes the problem.

I think your BIOS should know better than any software what your voltages are so that's what I'd trust. :)

<< The voltage is supposed to be at 1.75.
So the reading of 1.74 seems reasonable.

Yeah...but if the system is not tht stable...up a notch do no harm.
