Athlon XP problems

I have xp 1700 and 1900 processors. I have an msi K7T266 Pro2-RU (MS-6380) motherboard. I'm using pc 2100 ddr ram. Whenever i turn the front side bus on the chip to 133 (where it should be) it won't boot. I've tried different ram and motherboards. both chips have this problem. i've tried different heatsink fan combos as well as different power supplies. the chips run fine with the bus at 100. because of this the chips run at 1100 and 1200 instead of 1533 and 1600. can anyone help me with this ? thanks

yes i've updated my bios to the latest version. I've checked every possible thing but i can't figure it out.

Sounds like a bios setting problem or faulty memory. Have you tried the ram in another system? Have you double checked your bios settings to make sure they are optimal? Have you tried adjusting the memory timings?

I've tried ram from another system and adjusted the settings. I guess i must have two chips that can't run at 133mhz fsb speed or the question will never be answered. thanks to everyone for suggestions
