Since the mobile Athlon 4s are pretty much the same as the XPs, will the XPs also contain AMDs version of speedstep (called powernow?). I'm curious, as this can make the CPU temps even cooler when its not used.
PowerNow! is only a feature on the new mobile processors, and is not present in either Athlon MPs or XPs. They do however require less power than the Thunderbirds (AMD claims about 20% less, IIRC) due to enhancements in the core and such.
