I would go with the Epox too. Epox of late has been very good at making stable, feature filled boards. I've read that the 8KHA+ has been having trouble with overclocking its FSB, but if you're not overclocking it will be hard to beat. I'm not saying that the AK31 Rev.3 isn't good, (check my rig) just that it's a budget board with little quirks, and you have to know what you're doing to iron them out. Once you have though it will compete with the best of em'.
If you're willing to spend more money ~$150
You might also consider the SOYO Dragon. This is a feature filled board with good onboard sound, network, RAID, and it looks really cool! Other good bets would be the ABIT KG7 RAID and the Asus A7V266-E. Good luck!
