Athlon XP 2500+ Overclocking Values

I currently have my multiplier locked Barton 2500+ running at 3200+ speeds for the past year. This is with a default vcore of 1.65v and at it idles at 41c. I'm interested in pushing my system to its limit and want to know the maximum values I should set the vcore and ram.

I'm using a DFI NF2 Ultra Infinity, stock CPU HSF, and Corsair XMS PC 3200 RAM.

Well, considering you're using the stock AMD HS and fan, I'd probably not push the RAM over 0.2v of the stock voltage. That's a generally rule of thumb and would put the max Vcore at 1.85v. I'd try it at 1.85v and monitor your temps closely.

As far as RAM goes, you could likely go as high as 2.9v (higher if your board supports it). I've been running 3 sticks of PC2700 and PC3200 RAM at about 2.75v-2.8v for almost 2 years now with no problems.
