athlon xp 2100 throughbred problem?

cpu Athlon xp2100 throughbred

i have try overclocking my athlon xp 2100 to at least 2.0ghz but when i shutdown my comp. my comp wont boot up at all. But if i dont shutdown my comp its still work with my overclocked speed. i changed my fsb to 133 its still wont boot up if i shutdown.

my other issues is my athlon xp 2100 default is 1.74 instead of 1.73

checking using wcpuid v. 3.1

yeah... a lot of these boards do that... they have that decimals and it makes it go up :) so nothing of a surprise there...

what fsb are you trying to run?

do you have a pci / agp lock on that thing? or a 1/5 or 1/6 divider?

how many volts you using?
