Athlon XP 1800+ & Thermaltake Orbs

Any of those three should be able to handle an XP 1800+ at stock speeds. If you're planning on overclocking it, the copper one would probably be your best bet.

I just plain to run it on stock speed...not too much into overclocking things....
I think I am just gonna get the Twin Radial One


are the orbs good coolers or u suggest something better
coz I know athlon has some heat issues
 
They're not _bad_ coolers, although their design is more for show than function. I'm using a heatsink from Millennium Thermal and it's nice and quiet. You might want to check out their site. You also can't go wrong with a Thermalright SK6 and a quiet fan.
People in the CPU/Processors & Overclocking forum would probably also have some suggestions as well.
