Athlon XP 1800+ running at 1150MHz

I am using a Shuttle AK31 v3.1 and just upgraded my BIOS to the 'ei' version. According to the POST info, my Athlon XP 1800+ now seems to be a 1150MHz part. Windows XP reports the same info. I have gone into the BIOS setup under 'voltage/frequency' and sure enough it says '100', but I do not seem to be able to change it. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
