Athlon XP 1800+ running at 1150MHz

I am using a Shuttle AK31 v3.1 and just upgraded my BIOS to the 'ei' version. According to the POST info, my Athlon XP 1800+ now seems to be a 1150MHz part. Windows XP reports the same info. I have gone into the BIOS setup under 'voltage/frequency' and sure enough it says '100', but I do not seem to be able to change it. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

you have to set FSB and multiplier manually
change default to 11.5 (ratio)
change 100 to 133 (type it in)
