Athlon XP 1800+ help/question

can this be correct? i jus purchased a athlon xp1800 and instealled it. i am running ECS k7s5a mobo, crucial 256mb cl2 pc133, geforce 2 gts pto 32mb, windows me. my cpu speed only comes up at 1145mhz. i thought a athlon xp1800 was supposed to run at 1.53, or at lease close to that. i dont know a whole lot about this, but can anyone help me out here?

Change your FSB to 133 in your BIOS.
