Athlon XP 1800+ and a WBK38 HSF?

Currently I am running a Duron 700 oc'd to 1Ghz using a WBK38 Heatsink/fan. This fan isn't copper, but does have a 6800+ rpm delta fan on it. It's been great at keeping my CPU nice and cool, even though I'm running at 1.85v. Usually I've been in the low 30's C at idle, and rarely break 40C under load. I also use 2 case fans and a 120mm fan on the side of my case.

Now I'm planning to upgrade to an 1800+. It's unlikely I'll do much overclocking with it (maybe a few Mhz, but I'm using PC133 RAM which hasn't overclocked well). At stock speed, will this HSF do the job? I plan on using Arctic Silver III as well.

Or do I need to order a copper HSF? I'd rather save the money and not get a new HSF if the WBK38 would work. If I have to have a copper HSF, which ones are recommended?

At stock speeds, that HS should work fine. If I were you, I'd save the money to upgrade to a DDR board, otherwise you will never tap the full potential of that 1800+...
