Athlon XP 1700+ Overclock

i have an athlon xp, but i am in the process of getting a new hdd and putting xp on it. i try and run the cpu at 133mhz but windows wont boot when i do this. i even try overclocking by 10mhz and win still wont load, why is this?

which motherboard do you have?
does it officially support 133fsb?
is it kt133 chipset possibly, not kt133a ?
