It's only a few percentages slower then the 512 x 2 version 3800 according to the benchmarks I've seen.

well its got less cache per core and is 400 mhz less, so probably no.

I doubt it, its s939 which I think AMD hasn't really done anything new or planned to do anything new with. This is kind of tempting though, decent cheap duallie...although wasn't there a deal with 3800+ X2s for the same price last week?
