I have an XP 1700 and a SOYO DRAGON + MB. I just sold it. I want a new set up the most performance for the least $$.🙂 Which Athlon XP is the best to get along with MB's and DDR memory. I will be getting 512 MG of memory to replace my Crucial PC2100. I also have an ALPHA heatsink I would like to keep on my new MB. I would like something with built in sound and LAN equal to the SOYO's that will accept the comming 166 and TBRED processors too. One more thing I like to use RAID to run all my drives on. Not in a RAID but to hook up each drive on it's own channel. So I need that ability. Thank you in advance🙂
 
yes go with that, then get some high quality ddr, and you can up the fsb without unlocking the cpu since its only 1600 + 🙂 should perform very well
