Athlon server motherboards?

I'm looking for an Athlon-based "server" board. So far, the Tyan Thunder K7X Pro is the only one I'm finding that is specifically for servers, but I don't need a dual processor and $500+ is more than I'm looking to spend. The quote I have for a P4 based system includes the Intel S875WP1-E for $216, for example.

This machine will be a 1U, so I need on-board video, Ethernet, SATA, USB 2.0, and probably memory slots at an angle.
