Does anybody know if the KT133A chipset will support the Athlon MP, or tried this config.
Motherboard A7V133 with audio bios rev 1008a
Processor Athlon MP 1.2 ghz , motherboard recognizes it as Athlon XP 1200
Video Card Leadtek GForce2 Pro 64mb 5ns
256 mb Micron PC133 7.5 CL3
My problem is that the board is very unstable and I cant even get windows to finish loading, granted these two item were on clearance at Computer Stop, maybe they are just lemons. I also had to manually set the multiplier and bus speed. It would not correctly detect the processor speed. I'm ready to return these two items.
Any advice would be great.
