Athlon highest safe voltage

i have an athlon 750 @ 950 1.95 Volts... i only use aircooling (VOS32) although the vos32 is one of the best out there i still get around 50-55C is 1.95 volts too much? because although it runs too hot, it is completely stable but i'm worried about the long term effects...
 
my athlon 800 chose at the installation (the first bootup with a new mobo etc.) for 2 volts !
that was way too high !

but i wouldn't go any further if i where you ... 1.95V is allready high !
