athlon geforce 2 go

Anyone know when we'll see a laptop with Athlon 4 chip AND Nvidia 32 mb geforce 2go? You can find one or the other, but seems like no one has both.

Hmm, if that is indeed right, and there are no notebooks to that configuration, then someone is missing out on a business opportunity here. I would say that because there is demand (you are the damand here) someone will fulfil the supply soon enough, give it 2 or 3 months.

i suspect it may even be because of heat concerns of combining a fairly hot running processor and a hot running video card...not because the demand isnt there

though i dunnno either!

I want that combo also. 🙁. I guess I will go with a PIII and GF II 2 go 🙁. If anyone finds a mobile Athlona dn GF II 2 go combo please inform me.

As Dell is unlikely to ever use an AMD chip, I'm hoping that HP will take the lead and use the Athlon 4 with the GF2go. Another option would be Sony, Toshiba or Fujitsu. The Asian market has had great interest in the Athlon's and would sell well there. Sony already has a couple VIAO's with the athlon. Unfortunately, they pair it up with ATI rage mobility junk.

If any manufacturers are reading this, PLEASE STEP UP TO THE PLATE. and give us the goods......
