Athlon Classic FSB overclock help!

I got another AC 700 but no GFD. ok, 1.75v I can run my AC 700mhz w/ 110mhzFSB w/ no stability loss. I can put it to 113mhz fsb on 1.75v but it becomes unstable, so I increase voltage to 1.85v and still unstable. So I use WCPUA2 and slash the cache speed to 2/5 from 1/2 and it is still unstable! My other AC 700mhz before GFD could hit 118mhz FSB 1.85v on 1/2 cache w/ no stability problems? Both are using Alpha P7125 heatsinks w/ 42cfm fans x2 same case, same p/s.

Your going to need a GFD to change the multiplyer,110fsb is all your gona get without a GFD.FSB overclocking has not been very successfull with slot A cpu's.

Reguardless of what your other cpu runs at,each one is different. To get to your highest stable speed on a slot A cpu a GFD is your best bet,or have it tested and hard modded where you don't need a GFD
