Athlon Cache/Abit KA7 bios question...Anyone?

I just got me a Athlon 700 with a 900 core but I can't even get it to run at 900 because of the cache. While I am using the TY bios to control the cache speed, my cache chips are made by Samsung. Is there a beta bios for the KA7 that supports Samsung? I want to run at 1GHz but my computer won't even boot all the way for me to even use a dos program. Any ideas?\
