Athlon-C versus B

Can someone please help explain to me in practical terms the difference between the b and c Athlons other than 200 vs. 266 effective bus speed. I'm basically a newbie wanting to build a KT133A system. Do I really need to worry about getting an Athlon C instead of B and will this much difference? ...Am I correct in assuming that an Athlon-B must be run at 100 mhz FSB setting (assuming no o/c) or can I just run a 133 mhz FSB and set the appropriate multiplier for the cpu? (or will this fry it?) Your help is greatly appreciated!
 
From what I understand the only difference is that the Athlon-C do the 133 FSB without overclocking or anything like that while with the others you have to overclock if you want to utilize it at 133
