Athlon 939 only does 800 HT?

The 3400+ is a 3500+ with 800MHz HT. It makes no difference performance-wise, so don't worry about it.

If the HT multi is at 5 and the FSB is at 200 then it should be 1000.

The multi is probably at 4x.
And there really isn't any difference performance wise.

Even at 600 and even at 400.
You'd have to get down to 200 to see some sort of performance difference, IIRC.

There was a study, I think on Tom's, about this.

Thats what i thought. Anyways it seems its no difference performance so its nothing to worry about.

Thanks guys/gals.

QFT. Also, some socket 939 boards only support 800MHz HTT, for instance those using the Nforce4-4x chipset. I think those were supposed to be for the socket 754 platform but some 939 boards are made using those.
