Athlon 900 Running Hot

Badbry

I Bought An Athlon Classic 900 Today (Stock Voltage...Not Overclocked),And It Seems To Run A TAD Hot!!!! 34c CPU / 23c System At Idle(With Case On)CPU FAN H/S Globalwin FLK52....I Have A Fan In The Front Of My Case,One On The Power Supply,And One On Top For A Blowhole....I Can Imagine How Hot It's Gonna Get In The Summer......

Any Ideas Or Hints? Should I Take The Case Off The Athlon to Let The Heat Escape?

Thanks,
Bryan

Considering its a slot Athlon, and teh temp reading problems are pretty significant, your temps are still pretty darn low.

thats what i was thinking when i was reading the post... whats normal for you, Badbry? temps seems pretty darn good to me...

Those temps are great... my 700 gets pretty hot at default vcore (1.7) but is ok at 1.6. At 1.7, under heavy load I can't touch it for extended periods
