Athlon 760k Seem to be stuck at 4.4ghz

Ive had my athlon for a little over a month now and have been running 4.4@1.42v. But I cannot seem to get any higher then 4.4ghz. When i was trying to push 4.5 Voltage was all the way up to 1.47v and still not stable. Am I missing anything or am I just limited to my oc. Temperature are ~25c idle and ~65c at 50% fan speed under load

Silicon lottery.. Some chips perform better than others. You're above the 4.1 turbo anyway..
